Children in Suffolk County Diagnosed with Pediatric Cancer
A recent data set released from the Centers for Disease Control reveals that New York is in the middle of a pediatric cancer epidemic. Childhood cancer rates in the area are now 30% higher than the national average, and thousands of children in the New York area are either at risk or have already been diagnosed with cancer.
Ambassadors for Childhood Cancer Patients
As a Regional Ambassador for the #AgentsofChange network in Suffolk County, our agency is concerned about the acceleration of pediatric cancer in our area. We are launching a relief campaign with the goals of providing immediate assistance to low income families that have a child with cancer, providing quality of life improvements for children hospitalized with cancer, and providing support to local programs that organize donations for ongoing cancer research.
It will require a great deal of work to help the children in our area facing cancer, which is why we need your assistance.
Your Help is Important
The most valuable thing you can do to assist in this effort is to introduce us to new people in the Suffolk community so. When you refer a friend or loved one into the Milton M Choto Agency, we will not only provide them with a free insurance consultation, we will also offer details about this campaign. For each referral you send in, we will make a donation IN YOUR NAME to a program in our area that assists the families of children with cancer.
